Chef Vincent Tri offers luncheon specials Monday through Friday or you may select from the Pier 61 Menu to suit your tastes.

We use a special breading for our fried foods which contains no flour...just cornmeal. And...sorry, we cannot give you the recipe...Chef Vincent would come after us with a cleaver!

And the Gumbo...oh the Gumbo! Just try it...and you will understand why it is a favorite of almost all our regulars.
