Chef Vincent Tri offers luncheon specials Monday through Friday or you may select from the Pier 61 Menu to suit your tastes.

We use a special breading for our fried foods which contains no flour...just cornmeal. And...sorry, we cannot give you the recipe...Chef Vincent would come after us with a cleaver! Our fried catfish will melt in your mouth and almost everyone loves fried shrimp and oysters done the Chef Vincent way.

And the Gumbo...oh the Gumbo! Just try it...and you will understand why it is a favorite of almost all our regulars.

Plus, for your dining pleasure we offer a selection of fine wines, over ten domestic and premium beers including draft, plus margaritas and daiquiris.
